Ontario Students!
MEI Academy’s traditional Term schedule syncs seamlessly with the Ontario “Quadmester” system. Students can join MEI for one quad (or as many as they like) and carry out the remaining quads at their home school.
Backpackers: The North
September–October
Wake up each morning to intoxicating fresh air, intense workouts, the sting of a morning swim, and savoury breakfasts cooked over an open fire. Learn the skills necessary to thrive in the wild and train your mind to hear the wisdom of the ages while kayaking and hiking with friends you'll keep for a lifetime. You'll venture to places few people will see, and under the Borealis sky, learn more about how the world works and how to live in it. But we won't turn our back entirely on civilization: you'll get a healthy balance of culture when we take well-paced reprieves in Montreal and Quebec City.

Strategic Leadership: Out of the Rough
September–October
MEI's "Out of the Rough" program challenges you to develop and hone your skills to become an effective leader. In each location, we'll have you golfing, biking, and hiking your way through a glorious fall in Quebec. In Montreal and Quebec City, you'll work in teams to complete our legendary aMEIzing Race challenges, and enjoy some of the most diverse food and culture on the planet. You'll read the 'best of' in biographies to develop your English skills while providing inspiration and context to the leadership course. Golf tournaments, special events, and guest speakers seek to deliver REAL experiences every day of the program.

Online Live
Fall, Spring and Summer
Our MEI Online Live program incorporates our passion for immersive and interactive learning seamlessly into the virtual realm. Each course is taught in real time by expert teachers through engaging live lectures and dynamic small group discussions. You will have open access to finely-crafted course content and in-depth one-on-one discussions with your teachers. You’ll receive personalized, valuable and descriptive feedback and the consistent support you need to be successful.
